Autumn Ridge Supportive Living features a total of 45 one- and two-bedroom apartments. No two are exactly the same but we offer four basic apartment types. Autumn Ridge Supportive Living, a 45-apartment facility for seniors operated by Arrowleaf, was certified on April 15, 2008, by the Illinois Department of Healthcare & Family Services™ Bureau of Long Term Care to begin the admission application process and accept residents.
